Unphotogenicophilia
A extremely rare genetic disorder caused by damage to the ZBTB7AI4E gene. This condition usually presents itself within the first few years of the person's life. It is extremely rare only 1 in 100,000,000 people present with symptoms. While there are no physically detrimental effects caused by this disorder, it does cause the person afflicted to look absolutely horrendous when captured in a photograph. The unphotogenicophiliac's lobby is trying to get cameras banned in all public buildings and parks. This measure was introduced into congress as a way to end the tyranny of the camera. People afflicted find it hard to find solidarity seeing as it is a very personal disorder and many do not want to disclose the fact that they are afflicted.
Charles Baker was a very cute baby but as the years went on it became apparent that he had a very severe case of unphotogenicophilia.
