"VA-JOHN-DOW" Noun. The act of being an enormously huge douche bag at all the wrong times. May be casued by the infectious disease of Vagando-itis. Effects The testicles causing them to crawl back into the pelvic area, male pattern baldness, and constant poser identity changes. I.E.- from prep to redneck and vise versa. May cause uncontrollable urges to desparately sleep with under age females w/o asking for identification.
