an excessive act of debauchery with no regard to later repercussions, that takes place in a public setting between a person known to be susceptible to errors of judgement when intoxicated and another whose identity causes in some major aspect such a flippant display to be seen by the rest of the associated group as inherently and severely amusing, and has strong pertinence with regard to one's future perception and reputation regarding promiscuity, self conduct and ability to select appropriate others in future with which to undertake possible further acts of such debauchery.
