a member or members of the Kekistanian community who self-identifies as a type of Starseed Otherkin from the planet Vulkek (full of Kek) rather than being a human being from the micronation of Kekistan.
The Vulkekin believe that most Kekistanians have forgotten the alien roots of their culture.
