Common activities include: Rapping, Wearing "Doo-Rags", Sagging your pants, carrying a bandanna in your back pocket, wearing Jordans, or excessive use of racial slurs.

If you are walking home, after a heavy night drinking having been in the same pub from mid afternoon until chuck out time at 11.20pm and you are completely unable to walk in a straight line and constantly veering into the centre of the road from the pavement, yet in the morning you have no hangover and remember getting home, then you are said to be waggered. Generally one of the most pleasant stages of drunken behaviour.

The word waggered comes from a mixture of stagger and wasted.
After a dozen pints last night, I was waggered.
