Walking Fee

The Fee one man pays another for the service of picking up goods such as food, coffee, alcohol or drugs. This fee generally consists of the change left over from the purchase.

This is generally considered a "Rule of Man". Other rules include things like Never Asking for Directions and Urinal Etiquette.
Asdf gave Qwerty $3.00 to get a McSkillet burrito. The burrito cost $2.74, and when Asdf asked for his change, Qwerty refused to give it to him stating that the 26 cents goes to a "Walking Fee".
