Here in Washington Borough you live under the protection of the reverse batmen and the only way to not be locked up is if you commit crime. It is unbelievable how many times if witnessed the most goofy shoplifting sprees and still continue to see those people march into cvs, or how I always see teenagers puffing vapes outside the local youth center
