Someone pertaining to the frivolous end state state of the dystopian future of an internet full of people who don't actually know what they are talking about, but talk as if they do as a result of reading things online and/or watching YouTube videos.
Example:
Bob is talking to Tim. Tim says "We can totally hack Mark's Facebook! I learned how watching this cool YouTube channel by Hackster-42". Bob: "You're such a webend. Cut it out and lets go to the arcade."
Example:
Bob and Tim are discussing anti-vaxxers and anti-maskers. Tim: "Who cares about them? They are all a bunch of webends."
Example:
Sally is teaching Computer Science at uni. She says to her students: "You may not use webend content as references for your papers, only serious reference sources are allowed. I have composed a list of valid online sources to help you differentiate."
