Went Up

A term used when something expires, dies, stops working, quits, breaks down. People from other countries look stupefied and wonder where "it" went when used in context by an American.

Gaining new or increased respect, credibility, appeal, attention, and/or regard. To gain a positive opinion about or interest in.

When someone or something went tits up, it means that he, she, or it died.

When one goes to collect commodities from a local deader, but is forced to stay longer than expected due to police presence outside. For example, I went to pick up weed, the police parked outside, now I stuck watching Spongebob with my dealer's kids.
