What Out

The ultimate expression of toughness.. A statement confirming your approval of the modified persons action.

A line used when letting a girl go and expecting her to not get upset. This is usually a last-ditch effort when breaking up with your girlfriend. This should be reserved for relationships that do not involve: 1.) A girlfriend that held a career as a model; 2.) A girlfriend with a large trust fund; 3.) The first girlfriend that actually seems to care about you.

Instead of saying "cop!", you can ask this question and not seem obvious.

"What's a penny made out of?" Copper"

Used to signal the presence of a cop.

1. an expression of approval and thanks for a good deed, OR, 2. can be used in sarcasm to show disinterest in someone's actions or feelings

Asking for the weather, "What's It Outside"

1. to catch somebody napping in such a way that he/she will reflexively cry ‘What’.
2. to make somebody perplexed.

n: the "what-out"- When one buys time to think of a lie when caught off guard with a question by saying, "WHAT?", as if they did not hear the question. The "what" response is usually preceded by a breif pause or silence.
