Describes a Caucasian male who 1. is charismatic and successful but doesn't fully grasp their privilege which manifests in borderline insensitive statements or 2. is an extremely lovable white liberal who apologizes personally for being white but continues to directly seek the benefits of being white without realizing he is doing so.
