The WORKICITY is the bubble / space were you work closely together through cohesion of energised souls with a shared vision even when you are not working on the same subject or performing totally different actions, it all contributes to the higher purpose.
Example;
My colleague sitting in front of me works on business development while I work on distribution and logistics. If either one of us needs a boost in energy we provide this by being physically within each others workspaces. By this if one has a bad day, early morning, cancelled train in the morning or just in an ill mood, the other can shift the focus by being positive in attitude, therefore keeping a heathy balans in the workspace! We achieved workicity in that moment!
