He/she is a sweet guy, who can sometimes annoy people. He/she also cares for his/her loved ones but can certainly get angry and frustrated. You can trust them most of the time, and he'll listen depending on the person. Xiaotan can get really annoyed really quickly, so it's better to not bother him/her too much.
