A passive-aggressive and patronizing (though light-hearted) rhetorical question, intended to ridicule someone for doing something trivial, whether it be eating, watching TV or anything that can be vaguely interpreted as being enjoyed. intended to embarrass or annoy the recipient as a form of banter/teasing.
I just caught you taking a huge bite out of that fat burger! You like that don't you?
