Based on the character created by stand up comedian Anthony Rodia. Zia Lucia has become synonymous with older Italian woman who is cheap, nasty, and small minded.
You see that old Italian woman with the broom in her hand. She never leaves the house, doesn't tip delivery men, and yells at the children who play stickball next door. She's a real Zia Lucia.
