A ZIPTWAT is what happens when a female by late 40s up who believes her holiest of holy will not deteriorate nor suffer tissue or muscular damage due to frequent abuse/stretching without use of kegels to strengthen pelvic wall. Also participates in unsafe sexual practices that at one point or another cause further damage through infection. May use just enough cleaning or perform hygienic care upon herself so that sexual encounters are not missed out on. The end result is the essentially the equivalent of a female (not visually far from Gollum from lord of the rings)with a open 1 gallon zip lock bag half filled with luke warm slightly rancid "bag of the daily dead fish collected from a pet shop smell". Now of note and making this a questionable delusion vs society empowered psychopathy is that this 1 gallon ziplock bag is stated as the females vagina, her "womanhood and the thing that everyone wants, because it's better now than it's ever been"
