Z-tards are people who support the Russian invasion of Ukraine because they only read far-right news outlets and Russian news without acknowledging pro-Ukraine arguments. It comes from many pro-Russians using the letter Z (even though it's not in the Cyrillic alphabet) due to the Russian government pushing propaganda making Z look like their symbol of allegiance.

Someone born between the mid 90s to early 2000s. Z-tards tend to hear a buzzword and regurgitate it constantly in a sad effort for attention or approval. They can be found by the zounds in Twitch chat spamming at all hours of the day unless they're out "dabbing" with their friends and playing with their spinner toys.

A Russian Fascist, specifically the type you would see sporting a capital Z in their bios online or wearing it IRL. This stems from the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, as many units were spotted with it painted on their vehicles, with the letter subsequently becoming a pro-war symbol on the Russian homefront and among really, really delusional anti-west westerners online.

Any software programmer who works for Zynga, which produces the worst software on Earth, and also the management at Zynga, that either tolerates incompetence or requires it.

It can also refer to people who mis-spell almost every word or every other word and add or replace a letter with Z for no apparent reason. Most of these people can be found on common sites like Myspace, Gaiaonline, Youtube, or any other large site that can show local text by the public.
Most are doing it just to annoy you.
Others are just that stupid.
