Its the word for "hi" or "hello" or "g'day mate" (if you Austrailian) in Arabic. It's pronounced as "ahlun", and if you want to say it correctly I would suggest looking up a youtube tutorial or something idk (=I don't know(so you dont have to look that up as well, you're welcome)) If you're looking this up there is about a 99% chance you already know everything I've told you already.
