It's a uppercase 'π' (pi), it can be use in math like '∑' but for product.
∑(n) with (n=0 -> 5) = 0 + 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 = 15
∏(n) with (n=0 -> 5) = 0 * 1 * 2 * 3 * 4 * 5 = 0
It also makes for some nice doors.
