The warm, tipsy, fuzzy state of ideal inebriation when you're affected enough to make some brilliant decisions but not intoxicated or unstable. A near synonym to the French 'gai'.

Not to be confused with, and only metaphorically related to, the English adjective 'blurry': someone beautifully tipsy is blury - one 'r'!
Ben: Everyone looks so young in here.
Gordon: Who cares, let's get blury!
