Generic Word to describe several states such as drunkness, confussion, also an unfinished or failed artifact, or something that is broken down or is not correctly taken care of.
Everything can be described as being "boroco" when it is not in it's natural state or if it's natural stated is failed, funny, mesmerizing or irrelevant.
