Overpriced substandard housing that looks luxurious and fancy and/or in an uppity neighborhood. This often occurs in situations of rich slumlords, gentrification and urban sprawl.
You seen those bougieslums in North Fresno? I can't even afford that overpriced cardboard box apartment!
