When someone is holding two dicks beside their mouth and alternating their lips backs and forth on the dicks resulting in a “der-der-der-der-der-der-der” sound.

Not to be confused with Broterboat, which is when someone’s face is being slapped by two dicks simultaneously or in an alternating pattern.
