The day following a night of heavy drinking/toxic eating, where one would poop his/her pants while sleeping or while awake.

Brown Polo Day
A day devoted to wearing a specific color and type of shirt to school.
The first day of school we are wearing Brown Polo shirts and that day will then be declared Brown Polo Day.
Brown Envelope Day
A day that is entirely taken up with necessary but mind-numbing administration, usually to clear the decks so you can get on with the stuff you're supposed to be doing.
