Brutarded

If something is so retarded it's brutal or so brutal it's retarded. In reference to the Metal band "Devils Club". who's first album entitled "Brutarded".

1: The state of being brutish, and retarded at the same time.

2: Someone of large stature, that sometimes goes through random bouts ranting, and raving.
