The more overt version of a dog whistle. While dog whistles are subtle in their messaging, bullhorns leave nothing to the imagination. The term is often used when referring to racist rhetoric.

A "Bullhorn Betty" is mostly known for its delusional state of mind and ability to manipulate strangers into financial supporting its disgusting behavior. "Bullhorn Betty's" are often found near easements, trash dumpsters, Ashley Furniture Stores, Pro-Trump Rallys and can sometimes be seen on YouTube.
