Buttholeon, pernounced: butt-hole-on with a high pitched scratchy voice, is a person who's name is "Deon" or "Deone" and is pretty much a fucking butthole so you get the combination of the two and you get a fuckin Buttholeon. Originally of the Campbell bloodline of San Jose but not limited to other buttholes.
