Carbo is a combination of Cardio excercises and Boxing focusing mainly on the glutes. Very similar to Taebo, but more intense.

Carbo-junking, however is usually performed by over-weight video game players while competing in on-line death-match types of competitions over a number of days.

carbo-dook
A carbo-dook is a contraction of 'carbonated dookie'. This can be seen when one takes a massive dump and for some reason said dookie has small bubbles coming off of it in the water.
