The proper way to express how you don't give a crap about something - you really don't care about something and it's impossible to not care any more. A misuse of a phrase similar to the misuse of the word irregardless. A phrase used by uneducated people intending to communicate the meaning that they do not care at all. Educated people notice and those who use this word instantly identify themselves to educated people as being uneducated. Educated people rarely correct them because it helps educated people more easily identify them if they are well groomed.
