Cedot

(n) Something that looks like a big freckle on the body and seems to have a very small bump, usually scattered across the arms or other areas. Considered cute and gives personality. Often misunderstood with being described as moles. Mostly used as slang and is pronounced either like "see-dot" "see-dit" "keh-dit" or "keh-dot".
Jamie: "Martha, I love your cedots! They're so cute and look like freckles!"
Martha: "Thanks? I kinda just thought they were ugly moles.."

Alexander: "How do you even pronounce this word, the one about freckles? It's like 'carmel' and 'caramel'.."
Joe: "Oh, you mean cedot?"
