Ceyal

Someone who tend to be offensive, usually racist to others. A person who is "ceyal" don't care what others think, especially if they are a different race than the individual.

Ceyal is literally just a name. It means a person who is either A. chill but will stand their ground; still fun to hang out with or B. a very dismissive person, in the context that they don't care about really anything unless they're bored or if it might benefit them in some way. It's a unisex name but leaning more towards the female spectrum.
