Cha'
1) Can be used like 'omg', 'ouch!', 'yeah right' or 'kmt' (kiss my teeth)

Dread

1) Refers to any person like 'mate', 'dude' or 'friend' etc.

So Cha' dread can be an equivalent to 'omg dude'
