(Charlie may have been an off-color reference to the Vietnamese...Charlie's Japanese name is actually "Nash") He was Guiles best friend and was reportedly killed by M.Bison on an undercover mission in Thailand...or so Guile and Bison thought. Charlie has returned from death several times, and shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. His fighting style is virtually identical to Guile's.
