Chat au vin
Domesticated feline slow cooked in robust French red wine (preferably Cab Sav). Grab a cat (or several) and beat against a rock until limp, immediately toss into a boiling vat of wine. Fur on is best. If they are sinewy cook for 5hr+ (If not grab another cat) . Serve with potatoes. Allegedly the original inspiration for popularised “coq au vin” (French chicken recipe).
