Slang for balls. Specifically balls hanging from a girls chin.
My friend Tim and I (Jim) were in Cali for business. He was singing the Tubes "She's a beauty". He sang,.."and you can't touch the mer - chin- dise". I said , "Did you just say Chin-dice?". What a great slang for a ball sack!
