Similar to Nartard or narutard, this is a word used to describe a self-dubbed Chobits (a manga/ anime series by CLAMP) fanatic.
Chobitard: YOY!!!1!! I finished the Chobits series again last night!... But I forgot to do my homework...
Friend: WOW, you're a Chobitard.
