Predominantly mid-upper class white republicans, Clarks Summit is one of the best examples of a brainwashed, sedentary, and intolerant small town American stereotype. Basically reliant on speeding tickets and fines, the police force has adapted that special small town pick attitude and constantly displays severe power trip syndrome and inflates any small crime into a countywide police emergency.
Most who are born in Clarks Summit never leave, and those cops are all crooked mother fuckers.
