Cloud Envy

Seeing clouds of all shapes and sizes and sinking into a trance-like state of happy jealousy

Cloud envy is self explanatory; being envious of the clouds and truly wanting to flow, and be free, just like them. This phrase is used by Shikamaru from Naruto in the Chunin Exams where he is stressed out and looks to the sky with cloud envy wishing his life was easy and that he could just go with the flow without a care in the world.
