a state of being clueless; a complete absence of awareness of the world in which they exist; a pervasive condition rendering a creature clueless and incapable of any cognitive functions or responses to events transpiring in their sphere of existence.
The person driving in the middle lane of an interstate doing 50 miles per hour in a 70 zone suffers cluelicity.
