Generally a urban (read:Black) colloquial for a black woman. She more than likely has a primary attraction to white men and tends to hang out in places where she believes she has a high chance of socializing with them. Actual Afro hairstyle may or may not be included in her appearance. Distaff counterpart to the Caucasian "Snow Bunny."
