Cocl

Cocl is used to describe a weird bird. Birds that are sus or weird shaped/ hotties are usually described as cocl. You often accosiate the word cocl with *bleep* but it's actually just for weird birds. Cocl was used in the past for humans who wanted to become birds, but the word changed after washington became a state.
