Cocoa Pile
Trinidadian slang referring to descendants of Spanish (and in some cases European), African, and often Native American (Carib) people. They are most easily distinguishable by hair (often straighter than average African hair but still negro in nature) and complexion which ranges from fair, rosy red to deep 'copper colour' bronze.
Yuh see dem cocoa pile dem, dey doh get sick nah; healthy and strong from start to finish.
