Derived from "collusion" and "congregate". Collecting, gathering or mixing together ideas, items, people with an individually focused or single purpose different from others or keeping away from others in a secretive and chaotic fashion (v).
The program that Joe is working on will allow us to collunginate ourselves to the point of stasis.
