Coming out of the iceberg
A figure of speech for someone's disclosure of their secret obsession of Avatar: The Last Airbender. The term originates from the infamous phrase "coming out of the closet," which you most likely know refers to someone's confession of their sexuality. "Closet" is so cleverly replaced with "Iceberg" because Aang, the main character of the series, emerges from a giant iceberg in the first episode of the first season.
Example 1
Guy 1: Dude, just come out of the iceberg already. You practically Jack off to Kitara.
Guy 2: It was one time!
Example 2
I'm coming out of the iceberg! I love Avatar!
