YouTube users who instead of putting the comment section to good use, instead make references and/or use meme formats despite the platform and context they are using. Example:

These people are often younger YouTube users who regularly look at Snap chat memes or watch Sub-reddit videos on YouTube. Doing this in excessive amounts will lead to the inability to communicate in any way other than overused meme formats. Others simply do not understand that reciting a meme format in the comment section is about as impact as a bee penetrating the anus of the center of the universe. You might think the lack of medium in the comments would stop them, but no. (insert confused pikachu face) will make everything funny
