constant gardener
A persistent nose picker. Someone who really goes to town on his nose in public habitually.
He could not stop fiddling with his nose while we were talking. I knew that he was a nose picker but this bordered on "constant gardener" behavior.

One who is constantly digging or picking their crevasses (ass, balls, nose or ear) and inspecting what they find.
Everytime I look up I see that boy digging in his nose and checking it out. He would make a great constant garden inspector
