Cranney is merely another word for a fat person. Not just a normal fat person though, more of a morbidly obese type of fat person, the kind that makes you feel physically unwell when you see them.
That guy must have eaten his weight in quarter-pounders. What a cranney.

Boy 2: I bet he's really happy that he has one again
Boy 1: not really he put a status complaining about it on Facebook
