crazy date
A term coined by Australian comedic duo Roy & HG during their satirical coverage of the 2000 Sydney Olympics, a 'crazy date' refers to a move in gymnastics where the gymnast spreads his legs and, balancing on his hands, rotates his hips so that his outspread legs spiral around. The gymnast may rock from hand to hand to allow his legs to pass under his body, but they will not go above his head: that is a hello boys.

From the flat bag, he raises himself into a crazy date, performs another and goes into a handstand to finish. Very nice, he should get full points for that.
