crazy looter
This refers to people who think its ok to take something that doesn't belong to them. They run around in a store stealing like a crazy person. They will use any excuse to take from others and when they are finished they burn the place to the ground.
Seriously stop being a crazy looter. The people your stealing from didn't do anything to you.
