a creppy bro (or cb for short) is someone who is the outsider at a party or a lurker, someone who might add a comment in a conversation they arnt even in or they are watching and cheering on a beer pong game that they know no one in, a cb could be someone staring off at something, or could be someone who is just really really creepy or dookie looking, a straight up lurker, if you notice one yell cb so everyone in the room notices them to
